1. Website Ownership & Purpose

This website is owned and operated by Charu Garg for the purpose of selling products related to Laddu Gopal and other festive items. It is intended for e-commerce transactions, and all content on the website is owned by BALGOPALCOLLECTION.

2. User Registration & Accounts

While account creation is optional, users may also make purchases using guest checkout. There are no age restrictions for making purchases on our website.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • Product Pricing: Some products have fixed prices, while others may have discounts or promotional offers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Errors: We strive to ensure that product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate. In case of any errors, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel any orders if necessary.

4. Payment & Shipping

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods except Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Shipping:
    • A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies for deliveries within India.
    • Delivery times are 6-7 days if shipped via normal courier companies, and 10-15 days if shipped via India Post.
  • Return & Exchange Policy:
    • Returns: No returns are accepted, as all products are accurately represented with original images and size details.
    • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed if the customer pays for shipping both ways, but exchanges are not accepted for customized products.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled by contacting us through WhatsApp within a reasonable time before shipping.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on our website:

  • Misrepresentation of identity or payment information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the website.
  • Reselling our products without prior written permission from the owner.

7. Intellectual Property

All images and content on BALGOPALCOLLECTION are owned by the website. If you wish to use any images for reselling, you must obtain written permission from Charu Garg. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

All product images are clicked in natural lighting and uploaded without any editing. However, a slight variance (1%) in lighting effect may occur due to different viewing screens or devices.

9. User Data & Privacy

We collect user data solely for managing sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you have an account with us, you will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
