At BALGOPALCOLLECTION, we take pride in offering high-quality products, and we ensure that every item is accurately represented through original photography and detailed descriptions. Please review our refund and return policies carefully before making your purchase.

  1. Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  4. Bal Gopal Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  5. We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible!

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns as all products are clearly displayed with original, unedited images shot in natural light. Additionally, each product's size and details are mentioned in the description to provide accurate information to our customers.

3. Exchange Policy (Size issue only)

We offer exchange only in case of size issues for ready-to-dispatch products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
  • Customers are required to bear the shipping cost for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to decline exchange requests, as all sizes are clearly mentioned on the website and assistance is available via WhatsApp before purchase.

4. Damaged or Missing Product

In case you receive a damaged or missing item:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from start to end without any cuts.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
  • Without this video proof, no refund or replacement will be processed under any circumstances.

5. Delivery Issues & Re-Shipping


If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable / not answering delivery calls

Then:

  • The customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-delivery.
  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. Final Note


Once a product is sold, it is considered final. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and reach out to us on WhatsApp for any clarification before placing an order.
